DELIVERY

The item that are ordered will be sent by our delivery person. Please ensure that a person is available to receive the order. This will make you and us easier to deal with damages or issues if there is any.

RETURN / REFUND

If there is any damages to the item that you have ordered, the value of the item will be refunded via vouchers. These particular voucher will not have an expiry date and can be used any time. Meanwhile, the refund will only be given when the reason for the damage is valid.

CANCELLATION

If there are any order that you would like to cancel after the payment has been made, kindly do it within an hour. Any cancellation request after one hour from the time you have ordered will not be fulfilled.

VOUCHERS

If there is any valid and available vouchers, it will be automatically selected once you check out your order from the cart. The promotions that are available for the items will also be automatically deducted when you check out.
